We know parents are busy, so here are the quick answers we get asked the most 👇

1. How does school pickup work?

At checkout, you can select FREE school pickup. Orders will be delivered directly to your child’s school and distributed once they’re ready. You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way to the school.

2. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is available if you’d prefer your order sent to your home.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every item is custom made, please allow about 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. Some custom items — like hats and headbands — may take additional time. We’ll keep you updated by email as your order is processed.

4. What if I’m not sure about sizing?

We totally get it — kids grow fast! Each item has a size chart listed to help you pick the best fit. If you’re stuck between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up so they can grow into it.
